By using Shinano Labs websites, apps, or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Services
We provide creative software and related digital services. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some Services may require an account; you are responsible for accurate information and keeping credentials secure.
Intellectual property
Our Services and original content are owned by Shinano Labs unless otherwise noted. Some app content (for example in Myriad Worlds) may be offered under Creative Commons—see that product’s terms. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a limited license to operate and improve the Services.
Liability & termination
Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. Individual apps may have additional terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Japan and the United States. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated date.
